As Marketing Lead, you will own and drive DENPAFLUX’s overall marketing strategy.
You will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and marketing execution by translating complex technical services and products into clear, effective, and scalable messaging. Working closely with the CCO, you will lead marketing independently, ensuring that all external communication supports pipeline growth, positioning, and business objectives.
This role combines strategic thinking, content leadership, sales enablement, and operational steering.
Own and continuously evolve DENPAFLUX’s messaging and positioning framework
Translate technical services and product offerings into clear, market-facing communication
Develop channel-specific messaging across website, campaigns, LinkedIn, and sales collateral
Build targeted marketing approaches for defined industry verticals and ICPs
Ensure consistent brand and messaging quality across all customer touchpoints
Audit and optimize the existing marketing asset library
Decide which materials should be updated, rebuilt, or retired
Build a scalable content engine that supports lead generation and pipeline growth
Brief and guide external content collaborators and creative partners
Own the marketing budget and channel strategy
Define channel priorities and allocate spend effectively
Track and optimize ROI based on measurable pipeline contribution
Steer priorities and implementation together with the Marketing Operations Coordinator
Collaborate closely with lead nurturing and SDR functions
Define outbound messaging frameworks for business development activities
Ensure all customer-facing materials align with current strategy and positioning
Measure and report marketing effectiveness across channels and campaigns
Track campaign engagement, conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution
Focus on business impact — not vanity metrics
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
Ideally within technical services, consulting, engineering, industrial, or technology-driven environments
Proven experience developing messaging and positioning strategies
Strong track record translating complex technical offerings into compelling market communication
Experience owning or defending marketing budgets
Comfortable working in agile, fast-moving small teams (<50 employees preferred)
Strong strategic messaging and positioning capabilities
Deep understanding of LinkedIn-first B2B content strategy
Experience creating sales enablement materials that actually support revenue generation
Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing performance tracking and attribution
Excellent written English and German skills (mandatory)
HubSpot (CRM/CMS experience required)
LinkedIn Campaign Manager or equivalent
Notion or similar planning/documentation tools
Basic design literacy (Canva, Figma review, quality control)
